LOCAL informational sessions

MPD will be hosting two informational sessions. We anticipate holding these sessions in May and September, 2010. Interested individuals can hear an overview of the entire hiring process, ask questions, and then take the written test (optional). (See Written Test Explanation for more details.) There is no pre-registration required and no "fees" associated with taking the test. Those who come to the informational session will be provided with an application kit.

Alternative Written Test Locations

In an attempt to attract a talented and diverse workforce, MPD conducts a nationwide recruitment campaign. One of the initiatives designed to promote participation in our hiring process is off-site written testing.
