On Thursday night, a 16-year old Madison girl reported a man began bothering while she was waiting for a bus on State Street. She said she had seen around, but does not really know him. He got on the same bus as she. He continued to pull on her jacket and say things to her while on board. She says he later punched her as she got off the bus, and followed her as she walked along E. Johnson Street. The victim said the suspect then confronted her a second time, punching her several times in the face. She called police, and officers got into a foot chase with the suspect. He was eventually handcuffed and arrested. |
