Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Country Grove Estates is located on the southwest side of Madison. Our neighborhood consists of approximately 300 households. Two-story, split-level, and ranch homes were built in the late 1990s. Our neighborhood is young: new families with young children enjoy the convenience of the neighborhood parks and close proximity to Chavez Elementary School. Conveniently located on the far west side of Madison, Country Grove Estates offers protected green spaces and walkways and an ecologically friendly waterway.
Neighborhood Boundaries: McKee Road on the north, Tanglewood Drive (both sides) and East Pass (west side only) on the east, Country Grove Drive to the south and west
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
