Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Rocky Bluff is a unique, near west-side neighborhood located close to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, University Avenue businesses, several city parks, bike paths and Lake Mendota. Residents dwell on quiet, tree-lined streets in a mix of charming older and Post-War II homes, as well as some higher-density apartment buildings.
Neighborhood Boundaries: University Avenue on the north; N Franklin Avenue on the east; south side Bluff Street and DuRose Terrace on the south; and Palomino Lane and the western boundary of Quarry Park on the west
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
