| Neighborhood Description: | Rocky Bluff is a unique, near west-side neighborhood located close to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, University Avenue businesses, several city parks, bike paths and Lake Mendota. Residents dwell on quiet, tree-lined streets in a mix of charming older and Post-War II homes, as well as some higher-density apartment buildings. |
