Nestled in the lovely scenic north shore of Lake Mendota, the Lerdahl Park neighborhood combines mature trees and inviting sunshine. Our neighborhood includes lakefront homes along Woodward Drive, modest single-family homes and co-housing units at Troy Gardens. Troy Gardens is an award-winning community project that includes the city’s largest urban farm, with flower and herb gardens, community plots, a CSA program, restored prairie—and is home to Community Groundworks, an organization that provides excellent environmental and educational opportunities.
From heavily wooded areas, to open park spaces, the Lerdahl Park neighborhood is a picturesque area to live and play. Neighbors can walk to Warner Park Beach for lakeside fun, or to Governor's Island to take in the sunrises and sunsets.
