Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Parkwood West is on a quiet residential block built up with similar quality condominiums and single family homes. Surrounded by mature trees, you will find Parkwwod West located at the intersection of Yellowstone Drive and Offshore Drive o Madison's west side. Parkwood West is a small, friendly community existing of 10 buildings each with 2 units built in 1973-75. This community is within walking distance of Madison Memorial High School, Jefferson Middle School, and John Muir Elementary School.
Neighborhood Boundaries: Mineral Point Park to the north, South Yellowstone Drive to the east, Offshore Drive to the south, and Parkwood Village Condominium complex to the west.
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
