Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Tamarack Trails Community Services Association was established in 1974 to provide a quality and unique living environment. Tamarack was built in seven phases with a total of 320 homes spread over 50 acres in a mature landscaped environment. Located on Madison's west side Tamarack's amenities include an Olympic size pool, two tennis courts and a centrally located clubhouse.
Neighborhood Boundaries: Located at the intersection of South Westfield Road and Tree Lane. Walnut Grove Park is on the north, Sauk Creek Greenway and Randolph Drive on the west, and Sunset Memory Gardens on the south.
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
