Bales of Fun on Madison Parks Hayrides
Enjoy
a crisp fall evening with a hayride in Madison Parks.
Madison Parks is offering hayrides in Elver, Warner and Olin Parks this
October and November. Perfect
for scout troops, church groups, or family outings – Madison Parks hayrides
will treat your group to a tour of a beautiful park and enjoy friendly
campfire with ‘smores.
Each hayride trip is one hour: 30
minute ride, 30 minute campfire and ‘smores.
The wagon, pulled by a tractor, will take your group on a scenic tour
of the park. Please
note that participants will need to enter/exit the wagon using a step ladder.

+ tax per group (1-24 people). One hour Hayride
Trip includes 30 minute wagon ride, 30 minute campfire. Advance

and families can enjoy loads of Halloween fun in downtown
Madison on Friday, October 30, including the Downtown
Madison Family Trick or Treat, “Beakers and
Broomsticks” at the Madison Children’s Museum, and the
just-added Madison Parks Trick or Treat Hayrides!
Friday, October 30 downtown events include:
Downtown Madison
Family Trick or Treat 11 am to 6pm:
Families and kids
age 12 & under can trick or treat from 11:00 am to
6:00 pm. Nearly 60 businesses and
organizations in the State Street and Capitol Square areas
have signed up to offer free treats and more for families
and children 12 & under. Business offerings
range from free treats to drawings for prizes, special
discounts, face painting, a “Monster Bash” at Capitol
Kids on the Square, “Martian mask-making” at the
Wisconsin Historical Museum, and a chance to sign up to
win a family pack of tickets to The Lion King, coming to
Overture Center in April.
