Roundabouts

Roundabouts are becoming a common aspect of traffic design.  Two of the newer roundabouts in the West District (Mineral Point Road & Pleasant View Road and County Highway M & Valley View Road) have seen a fair number of accidents since they opened. Fortunately, most of these accidents have been minor (which is a benefit of the roundabout design).  

Choosing the proper lane and keeping your speed down will help you avoid problems when travelling through roundabouts:
