We are asking for your help in filling out a survey.  Please go to your district's home page and fill out the survey for the district that you live in. 

Central District: https://www.cityofmadison.com/police/central/

East District: https://www.cityofmadison.com/Police/east/

North District: https://www.cityofmadison.com/Police/north/

South District: https://www.cityofmadison.com/police/south/

West District: https://www.cityofmadison.com/Police/west/

The purpose of the surveys is to help the City of Madison and the Police Department better understand problems in your neighborhood. Please consider your "neighborhood" as any area within a 5-minute walk of your home.
