This past Tuesday, the West District felt some community love from the "We Support Madison Police" group. This is a group of citizens who were organized by Paula and Steve Fitzsimmons. They went out an solcited area businesses for food, beverage, cake and flower donations for the event. The event was a meet and greet with officers, citizens, horses and K-9's! Brats were grilled, pizza's eaten and great interaction overall!
The officers were very thankful that citizens would care enough about them to hold such as event, we thank you all so very much for organizing this annual event.
