There is a proposal to build a mixed use development on the old Sentry store site at Cottage Grove Rd and Acewood. There would be 10,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and affordable housing for people with disabilities. Movin' Out is driving the proposal and they have recevied the needed tax credits from WHEDA.
There will be a meeting to learn more on Tues, Aug 20 at 6:30pm at Door Creek Church Room 108, 602 Dominion Dr. Madison.
