There is a proposal to build a mixed use development on the old Sentry store site at Cottage Grove Rd and Acewood. There would be 10,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and affordable housing for people with disabilities. Movin' Out is driving the proposal and they have recevied the needed tax credits from WHEDA.
