Badger Motor Officers Association Advanced Skills Training

This week Thursday, Friday, and Saturday all six Madison Police Department Motor Officers will be participating in the Badger Motor Officers Association Advanced Skills Training from 8am to 4pm.

This training is hosted at the Ho Chunk over flow parking lot off of Millpond Rd near Harley Davidson of Madison and the public is more than welcome to come and observe.  The training includes three rounds of competition starting Friday at noon.  The competition aspect of training helps induce stress in officers to help simulate riding under stress such as during a dignitary escort or in an emergency response to a call for service.

35 Motor Officers from all over the state of Wisconsin are meeting to train and compete together! Come cheer on your favorite motor officer!
