Happy New Year to the residents of the West District. As we prepare for shift change and welcome new team members to West PD, we are interested in your feedback and have now launched our community surveys! As a Madison resident, we ask and hope that you will take a few minutes to complete the survey. In order for the City of Madison Police Department to improve our service(s) to the community, we need and value your feedback! One of our core values is a commitment to continuous improvement and your insights will aid us as we consider ways in which we can modify or enhance our service model(s).
