Recently, there have been several incidents wherean unkown person has made entry into unlocked cars in the Gilson Street area. Items taken include coins, small electronics and other misc. items. Residents are reminded to not keep valuables in plain sight within their vehicles. Residents should also lock their car doors as many of these recent incidents have been to unlocked vehicles.
If you have suspect information on any of these recent thefts, please call the South District at 266 5938. If you see suspicious persons in your neighborhood, call 911 immediately and ask for a police response.
