Shout-Out to Officer Steve Chvala

A citizen sent an email to MPD regarding Officer Steve Chvala. The email states that he was stopped for speeding recently and that Officer Chvala was more than professional and well spoken during the traffic stop. He said that Officer Chvala was able to explain all aspects of the ticket and even use humor in explaining the information about paying the citation. The citizen said that while not necessarily happy with the ticket, he did leave the stop happy because of this interaction.
