Bike to School at Marquette with MPD on May 8

On Wednesday, May 8, students of Marquette Elementary School, and their parents, are invited to join Madison Police Officers for a special Bike to School day. Meet prior to 7:00 am at one of these two locations:

  • Tenney Park
  • BB Clarke Beach

The two cycle-busses will leave promptly at 7:00 am for the ride to Marquette School, joined by MPD Officers on bikes. This is a great opportunity for kids to get some fresh air and exercise on what hopefully will be a beautiful spring morning. The accompanying "Bike Cops" will also be sharing bicycle safety advice for riders of all ages.
