The information provided below is about some of the calls officers responded to over the last twenty-four (24) hours. Most narratives represent early and preliminary information that was gathered from those in the field who were actively working the cases. In many instances, facts and circumstances, even the type of crime listed, can change as the investigation unfolds.
From 6:00 a.m. on 4/24/2024 through 6:00 a.m. on 4/25/2024, MPD received ____ calls for service. This number does not include parking complaints or 911 misdials. A breakdown of the calls for service per district is as follows: Central (),East (), Midtown (), North (), South (), West (), and Other (). "Other" is used for calls that either do not have a sector or the sector is not in the City. This would be used in the case of one of our officers assisting another law enforcement agency. *Calls for service information not available at the time of this writing due to system updates.

Priority calls only from 7:10pm-8:45pm due to calls for service.
South/Adult Arrested Person – 7am: Officers responded to a local hospital for a 42-year-old male subject causing a disturbance. The subject was found to be in violation of bail conditions. The subject was arrested for bail jumping.
North/Death Investigation – 9am: Officers responded to a residence for a deceased subject (69-year-old female). Medical Examiner's office responded. Nothing suspicious identified.
North/Adult Arrested Person – 5:10pm: A 35-year-old female subject was arrested for an outstanding warrant. Possible drug-related charges forthcoming. A 38-year-old male subject was arrested for an outstanding warrant, possession of cocaine, possession of ecstasy and possession of drug paraphernalia.
East/Adult Arrested Person – 5:42pm: A 20-year-old female subject (wanted) was observed and contacted. The subject was arrested and transported to jail.
West/Death Investigation – 7:23pm: Officers responded to a residence for a deceased subject (34-year-old male). Medical Examiner's office responded. Nothing suspicious identified.
North/Stolen Auto – 9:09pm: A vehicle was reported as stolen. Suspect identified. The vehicle was listed as stolen in the appropriate databases.
East/Domestic Disturbance – 9:49pm: Officers responded to a disturbance involving a 35-year-old male subject (not on scene). Probable cause developed to arrest the subject once he is located.
Central/Runaway Juvenile – 11:17pm: A 14-year-old male, on home arrest, cut off their bracelet and ran away. Attempt to locate aired. Areas checked. The juvenile was listed as a runaway in the appropriate databases.
