Gentle Yoga


Do you want to improve your balance, range of motion and flexibility? Do you want to strengthen your bones and muscles, quiet your mind? Then GENTLE YOGA is for YOU! All abilities and levels welcome. We will do a combination of seated and standing positions, and instructor, Michelle Ripp, will suggest modifications if a pose isn’t working for you. Recommended donation of $2 per class.
