Tibetan Yogas of Breath and Movement: Finding Inner Refuge

Date & Time:
Tuesday, June 10, 2014 - 1:30pm to 3:00pm
Madison Senior Center
330 West Mifflin Street

Enjoy the Tibetan way of finding our Inner Refuge, supported by yogic practices of breath and movement. Tsa means channel and lung means vital breath or wind. The tsa lung exercises work with the breath and seated physical movements at specific locations within the body. Release patterns that restrict your life and cultivate positive qualities with ease. Join Anne Forbes for an introduction on Tuesday June 10, and then continue with the ongoing practice group on alternate Tuesdays (June 24, July 8, July 22) from 1:30 – 3:00 pm.
