UDC Contractor Training

Building Inspection's 2023 UDC Building Contractor Training session will take place in person. The ticket price includes dinner each night. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early. FAQ

Must I attend both sessions to receive credit?

Yes, you must fully attend both sessions to receive credit. Partial credit for one session is not an option.

When will I receive credit for completing the course?

We will award credit to your State credential within three days of completing the course.

How is my participation verified?

Staff will verify your presence at the start of each session.

Do I need to sign up individually or can groups sign up at one time?

Unfortunately, you must sign up and pay individually. We use registration to give credit to people who complete the seminar.

Are there any discount rates for large groups?

Yes. We can offer a 10% discount rate for groups of 10 - 19 and 15% discount for groups of 20 or more. If you have a large group and need a group rate, please contact our office at (608) 266-4551, ext. 4.
