Conference Rooms

The HelpDesk manages conference rooms 103A, 108, 350, 417, 523, and 525 in the City County Building (CCB). Instructions apply to these six rooms.

Operating Instructions

You may use the television to display a presentation in one of two ways:

  1. Connect your laptop via HDMI to the HDMI faceplate below the TV.
  2. Log into your City network account via a PC, aka “Wyse terminal” (City Employees only).

When you are done, be sure to log out and turn off the TV.

The input you should select and the room's equipment are listed near the TV in each conference room. You can also view these signs below. If any items are missing, please contact the HelpDesk.
