In-Person Public Information Meeting (Hill Valley Neighborhood) - Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 6:30 PM

Veridian Homes and the City of Madison have scheduled a Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the development plans for the Hill Valley Neighborhood, a 211-acre property located between Pleasant View Road and South High Point Road. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM in person at Blackhawk Church, 9620 Brader Way, Middleton, WI 53562.

This mixed residential neighborhood features the full spectrum of residential formats and price points with 1,496-1,627 homes and mixed-use/neighborhood commercial, an extensive network of parks and open space, and interconnected walkable streets. Construction is targeted to begin early next year and will be finalized over multiple phases.
