August 15 Neighborhood Meeting re: 2001 Londonderry Drive

Northshore Rentals, LLC proposes to redevelop the property at 2001 Londonderry Drive. The vacant bank building would be demolished and a new, four-story multifamily apartment building would be constructed. The new building would have 105 units ranging from studio to two-bedroom, and 109 enclosed parking stalls for residential use.
