See you tonight? Reminder Community First Look Meeting Re: New Development at Packers @ Commercial Avenue

The Annex Group is proposing to develop the property at 2150 Commercial Avenue.

The plans are still conceptual at this time, but they propose to demolish the existing parking lot on the site and construct a new, five-story, multifamily building. There would be 251 affordable apartments comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and an on-site parking garage that the building will wrap around.

A neighborhood meeting to hear more about this development proposal is scheduled for tonight Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 6pm-7:30pm in the Community Room at Lakeview Library, 2845 N. Sherman Avenue.
