New Housing Development Proposed for Northport Drive

Dear Neighbors,

I want to inform you about a new development proposal at 709 Northport Drive, the current site of Northside Christian Academy. Northpointe Development and DreamLane Real Estate are planning to construct a four-story building with 80 housing units. The proposed unit breakdown includes seven studios, 33 one-bedroom units, 21 two-bedroom units, and 19 three-bedroom units. The plan also includes approximately 80 underground parking stalls.

This project is the first phase of a larger plan for the site. Future developments could include a 40-unit senior housing project and six to eight owner-occupied townhomes. Northside Christian Assembly will remain on the site.
