A Friendly Reminder: Your Voice Matters

Dear Residents of District 18

When I was first elected in 2021, no one handed me a guidebook on our district's pressing issues or upcoming projects. I had to knock on doors, listen to residents, and piece together the concerns and priorities of our community. That’s why I’m making sure you have an opportunity to hear about what’s happening in District 18 so you can advocate for what matters most to you.

As I wrap up my term as your alder, I invite you to join me for an important community event:

District 18 Updates & Listening Session

📍 Warner Park Community Recreation Center, 1625 Northport Drive, Madison
🕔 5:00 - 6:00 PM

This session will provide updates on:

• Ongoing development and public works projects – including the Knutson Drive project and the Troy Drive bridge reconstruction.
• Public safety in the North District – hear about efforts to keep our neighborhoods safe.
• Happenings at Warner Park Community Recreation Center – updates on programming and initiatives.
• The NAACP Education Committee’s initiatives – they will share their work and listen to your concerns.

Following the updates, you’ll have the chance to ask questions and share your thoughts on the issues that impact our community.
