
5810 Mineral Point Road (CUNA Mutual) - Presentation and Official Application Link
postedThank you for those who were able to attend last week's meeting by CUNA Mutual for their redevelopment project at 5810 Mineral Point Road. Here's some follow-up information:

They have also created a Facebook Group for updates: CUNA Mutual Group Neighbors Facebook Group(link is external) (Please note: Approval by CUNA Mutual is required to join the group. This Facebook group has no affiliation with the City of Madison)
In addition, their application is now online for review. The only board that will need to approve this project is the Plan Commission. They need approval for demolition and for a building height of 90 feet (5 stories). The property's zoning currently allows for 68 feet (5 stories). The contact for this project in the Planning office is Tim Parks, 261-9632 - tparks@cityofmadison.com. This project will be in front of the Plan Commission on January 13 2020.
