Please Participate in a Bike Riding in Madison Survey
postedFollowing is a copy of a blog by District 11 Alder Bill Tishler encouraging everyone in Madison to help a UW-Madison graduate student with a project on biking. As an avid biker I have taken the survey. It takes no more than a few minutes. In an email to me, the student noted that he is particularly interested in getting comments from bikers outside the downtown area.
From Alder Tishler -
A UW-Madison student who lives in District 11 reached out to me, asking if I would share information about a survey they are conducting to identify specific challenges cyclists face in our city. This research is part of their final capstone project in the Department of Planning and Landscape Architecture before graduation. They are looking for input from all types of riders, so please participate regardless of how frequently you ride or even if you don't ride at all. You can take the survey here: https://arcg.is/1yr9yy0
The results of the research will be shared with city of Madison staff and will be part of a future District 11 Town Hall meeting on Cycling Safety and Bike Routes in our district. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and reach out to me if you would like to participate in the future Town Hall as either a participant or presenter.
