    • I was extended an invitation to drive through the neighborhood. I recognized the many signs reading "NO RE-ZONING". I must admit, the PR Group that designed the messaging for the signs did not generate for me a positive message. But, I know the person who extended the invitation...That person is far from being a NIMBY! However, some questions were raised. I do have questions about the storm water concerns. I was very active during the flooding that occurred in August, 2018. In reading comments, one resident reported $30,000 in water damage. I was invited to home after home, from Hawks Landing (far Westside in District 1) to Gammon Road across from Elver Park, where the residential loss was massive, most residents had no insurance coverage to help cover their loss. My 4 questions:
    • The greatest amount of respect to Stone House. Recognized for high quality, sustainable housing. Current portfolio - 1000 plus affordable units; 600 market rate units. Fouded in 1966, Stone House is a Madison based, full service development company, specializing in both affordable and market rate housing; long term manager of all the properties it develops.
    • My 4 questions:
      • How is the stormwater mitigation / concerns addressed?
      • Will this development contribute to the missing middle?
      • Will this be development be considered as affordable housing?
      • What is the access to transit?
