Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed Redevelopment of 619-699 West Mifflin Street

posted

Trinitas Ventures proposes to redevelop the properties at 619 and 699 W. Mifflin Street. The existing historic landmark Wiedenbeck Warehouse apartment building at 619 W. Mifflin Street would remain as a standalone building with some capital improvements to support the future useful life of the structure. The existing apartment building at 699 W. Mifflin Street would be demolished and a new, 10-story apartment building would be constructed. The new building would be comprised of apartments ranging in size from studio to five-bedroom and would accommodate approximately 645 residents.

A virtual neighborhood meeting to hear more about this redevelopment proposal is scheduled for Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. You can join the virtual meeting using your computer, smartphone, or tablet or listen in via telephone. You will receive login information after registering at https://bit.ly/3yXbv5S.
