Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed Redevelopment of 345 West Main Street

Capitol Lakes proposes to redevelop the property at 345 W. Main Street. The existing Community Based Residential Facility would be demolished, and a new, four-story apartment building for older adults would be constructed. The new building would consist of 49 apartment units, two rooms for resident activities and one level of below-grade parking with approximately 60 stalls.
