Project Overview
The new portion of the street will include tree removals, excavation, and the placement of gravel base, curb and gutter, asphalt placement, sidewalk along the west side of the street, sanitary sewer and laterals, water main and services, storm sewer, and a bio infiltration pond. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on Femrite Drive when sanitary sewer and water main are connected from Dairy Drive.

The project includes the street extension of Dairy Drive from Femrite Drive to East Broadway.
