Course Description
APM 3-5: Prohibited Harassment & Discrimination Policy sets expectations for a harassment free workplace. Discrimination and harassment can occur through negative prohibited conduct. This course provides employees with a greater understanding of:
- The City's APM 3-5 policy.
- Three types of conduct subject to the policy.
- What should happen when negative prohibited behavior occurs.
We place emphasis on increasing sensitivity to what is or is not a violation of APM 3-5. And we cover why immediate, constructive response is crucial.
