Course Description
The October 3 session has been canceled due to low registration numbers. Please register for a future session.
APM 3-5: Prohibited Harassment & Discrimination Policy sets expectations for a harassment free workplace. Harassment can occur through negative prohibited conduct. This course provides employees with a greater understanding of:
- The City's APM 3-5 policy.
- The type of conduct subject to the policy.
- What should happen when negative prohibited behavior occurs.
We place emphasis on increasing sensitivity to what is or is not a violation of APM 3-5. And we cover why immediate, constructive response is crucial.
This course is mandatory for Permanent City employees. Folks must take this training within 45 days of hire and every three years following.
