Course Description

This course is for supervisors who want to learn how to better support your LGBTQ+ staff. In this course you'll review:

  • Tips and insights into how to foster an inclusive work environment
  • Your responsibilities as a supervisor to your LGBTQ+ staff
  • Actionable ways to promote inclusion within your team

If you are newer to LGBTQ+ issues, we recommend you first attend the following courses for foundational knowledge: Creating LGBTQ-Inclusive Spaces and Making Systemic Change
