Course Description

This course has been designed to provide managers, supervisors and union stewards with tools and information that will enhance leadership during times of organizational change and uncertainty. The following topics will be discussed:

  • The process of change
  • The psychological contract that employees have with the organization  
  • Learning from past successful change experiences
  • Coping with uncertainty
  • The importance of communication
  • Developing tools for coping in a changing and uncertain environment

The workshop concludes with an appreciative inquiry-based video "Celebrate What's Right With the World."
