Other Ways to Get a Card

  • Email mymetrobus@cityofmadison.com and receive one through the mail. Make sure to include your address and allow 6 to 8 days for delivery.
  • Pick up at Metro Transit's administration office. (1245 E. Washington Ave., Ste. 201). We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30a to 4:30p
