Resources for the Madison Community
Madison stands with the families of Abundant Life community. This page is dedicated to connecting victims and the broader community to resources and accurate information about the tragic events that happened on December 16.
Request Court Records
All Municipal Court records are open records that are available to the public, except records that are specifically exempted by law. One example of an exemption is cases involving juveniles.
We make every effort to fill requests within a reasonable time within the legal guidelines for records requests. If we cannot fill the request within this time, we will provide a date and time when the records will be available.
You can only view original records under Municipal Court staff supervision.
You can also request photocopies of records, for a fee of $1.25 per page.
