Metro Paratransit Riders Encouraged to Book/Cancel Rides Before Snowstorm

Due to upcoming snowy weather, call volumes to Metro's customer service center are expected to greatly increase through the week. For ease and convenience of ride booking, paratransit riders are encouraged to plan ahead and book/cancel paratransit rides for later in the week as soon as possible. As the storm moves in, wait times to speak with a customer service representative will be longer due to service delays caused by the weather.
