
Metro to End Routes 80, 81, 82 Tuesday, February 1 Before Midnight
Due to expected heavy wind and snow, Metro will end its UW Campus service (Routes 80, 81, and 82) early tonight, Tuesday, February 1. Last trips of the night will end between 11 PM and midnight. Last trips are: Route 80: Leaves Memorial Union at 11:10 PM. Leaves Eagle Heights Dr. at 11:26 PM. Arrives at Memorial Union at 11:47. Heads to garage. Route 81: (Towards Johnson) Leaves Memorial Union (towards Johnson) at 11:36 PM. Arrives Memorial Union at 11:52. (Towards Lakeshore) Leaves Memorial Union at 11:37 PM. Returns to Memorial Union at 11:51 PM. Heads to garage. Route 82 (Towards Breese) Leaves Memorial Union at 11:19. Arrives at Memorial Union at 11:36 PM. (Towards Broom) Leaves Memorial Union at 11:36 PM. Arrives at Memorial Union at 11:49. Heads to garage All other Metro routes are expected to run their full schedules Tuesday night. Service on Wednesday, February 2. Due to expected heavy wind and snow, Metro staff will inspect bus route roadways at approximately 3 AM. A determination will be made at approximately 4 AM as to whether bus service will be delayed or canceled for the day. Once a determination is made, recorded information will be available at approximately 4 to 4:15 AM at 608-266-4466 and posted at www.mymetrobus.com.
