Towing for Street Widening Continues Through Friday

The City of Madison will be conducting snow removal and street widening operations. To assist in the street widening efforts the following streets have been posted and vehicles parked illegally will be towed. West Side Streets Wednesday 2/16/11 Harvey St. from Schmitt Pl. to N. Blackhawk Ave. N. Mills St. from Johnson St. to W. Dayton St. Lowell St. from S. Olin Ave. to Emerson St. N. Owen Dr. from N. Blackhawk Ave. to Heather Crest Ave. Thursday 2/17/11 Regent St. from Virginia Ter. To Allen At. Potter St. from Rowell St. to Lawrence St. Lawrence St. from Van Deusen St. to W. Lakeside St. Taft St. from Center St. to Buick St. High St. from Haywood Dr. to Fish Hatchery Rd. Short St. from High St. to N. Wingra Dr. Friday 2/18/11 Gilson from Olin Ave to Lakeside Vilas Ave from S. Mills to Park Street Orchard St. from Drake St. to Wingra St. Lakeside St. from S. Park to Lowell St. Proudfit from W.
