Capital K9s Fundraiser This Sunday
Concerts on the Square and Art Fair on the Square are Madison traditions. The MPD hopes a new "on the Square" event will also become an annual community favorite. This Sunday afternoon, May 22nd, from noon until 3:00 p.m., dog owners are invited to bring their pets for walk around the Capitol as Capital K9s hosts the first ever "Dogs on the Square." There will be K9 games, prizes, and lots of other fun. A $10 donation will go to Capital K9s, a not-for-profit group that raises funds for the MPD's K9 Unit.
