Due to the Willy St. Fair, Routes 4 and 7 detour from Jennifer St. to East Washington Ave. Saturday, September 17 through Sunday, September 18 Where to catch detoured buses: - On Baldwin St. (Route 7 only) - On Wilson St. at Franklin St. - At stops along East Washington Ave. between Blair St. and Baldwin St. Service will return to the area on Monday, September 19.
