Metro Detours in Downtown Area Due to President Obama Rally - Starts Sunday, November 4

Due to a President Obama rally, Metro detours from the downtown area starting Sunday, November 4. Buses will detour from a portion of State St., the Capitol Square, Doty St., Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., and Wilson St. areas. Due to detours and expected crowds/traffic congestion, delays can be expected up to and past the end of the event. Service is expected to return to the area sometime after 1 PM on Monday, November 5. Passengers are encouraged to sign up for text and email alerts for any last-second service changes that may occur leading up to the rally. Sign up at mymetrobus.com/alerts.
