Community Updates on The Anaerobic Digester Project

The Streets Division and the Madison Public Library will host four community meetings to update Madison residents on the anaerobic digester project and the City's organics collection pilot program. Digester Project Meetings Saturday March 2 10:30 a.m. Alicia Ashman Library 733 N. High Point Road 1:00 p.m. Lakeview Library 2845 N. Sherman Avenue Saturday March 9 10:00 a.m. Sequoya Library 4340 Tokay Boulevard Saturday March 23 10:00 a.m. Pinney Library 204 Cottage Grove Road "We are very excited about how the pilot program has been going," said Madison recycling coordinator George Dreckmann. "We want to share this information with the public and gets some feedback from our residents." In addition to information on Madison's pilot program there will be information on how anaerobic digesters work and how a full scale program might operate in Madison.
