Madison Parks Fall Festival
October 5, 10a.m.-3p.m. at Elver Park
What better way to enjoy the fall weather than spending a pleasant afternoon at the park perusing handmade crafts and works of art? Join Madison Parks for the 2nd annual Fall Festival Craft Fair on October 5th from 10am-3pm. This free arts and craft show will be held rain or shine in Elver Park, 1250 McKenna Boulevard, Madison, 53719. "Last year the city introduced an arts and crafts show to our Fall Festival and it was a big hit," said Recreation Services Coordinator Anne Whisner. "We are really excited to bring the Fall Festival Craft Fair back this year with even more talented crafters, food vendors and fun activities for families. There truly is something for everyone. Definitely come check it out." The Fall Festival Craft Fair will showcase local artists, crafters and food vendors. Artists and crafters will be selling original, handmade pieces such as pottery, jewelry, quilts, paintings and other decorative pieces. Take a break from all the shopping with delicious food from some of Madison's favorite local food vendors. This family-friendly event will also feature exciting activities for kids, including hayrides around the park and fall themed activity tables. All are welcome to enjoy the changing fall seasons on a hayride for only $2 per person. Later, stop by one of the activity tables to make your own masterpiece.
