Seven People Applied for Vacant District 19 City Council Seat by July 17 Deadline

Council Executive Committee Meets July 23 to Recommend Interim Alder
Council President Samba Baldeh received seven (7) resumes to fill the vacant Alder District 19 seat by the 4:30 p.m. deadline on July 17, 2018.
The following individuals will be invited to participate in the process to serve out the current alder term:
- John Beard, 6605 Inner Drive
- Keith Furman, 5235 Harbor Court
- Ben Gutsch, 6710 Inner Drive
- Susan A. Hamblin, 9 Eastbourne Circle
- Jason Iverson, 205 N. Gammon Road
- Allison E. Martinson, 340 Island Drive, #5
- Noel Radomski, 6907 Old Sauk Road
The Common Council Executive Committee (CCEC) will hold a special meeting on Monday July 23, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 354 of the City-County Building to review the resumes and make a final recommendation to the Council for appointment at the August 7, 2018 Common Council Meeting.
The applicants will answer a first round set of questions that will be scored by CCEC members. The top three scoring candidates will then move on to a second round of questions, also to be scored by CCEC members.
