
Parking Division Prepares for Upcoming System Upgrades

The Parking Division is taking a proactive approach to some intermittent credit processing outages that will arise due to important system upgrades. To mitigate as much impact to the public as possible, the work will occur on Sundays in April, when garage use is at its lowest.
This upgrade will affect the use of credit and debit cards at City-owned parking garages and lots. Cash payments will be required while monthly pass cards should see no disruption.
Dates and anticipated outage time frames:
- Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
The Parking Division will review usage data following the initial outages to determine if staffing changes are needed for the following two dates for each facility.
