Independent Police Monitor Virtual Candidate Forum – Sponsored by the Police Civilian Oversight Board

The finalists for the Independent Police Monitor position will be introduced at a virtual event on Thursday, August 18th. At this event, the candidates will have an opportunity to answer questions from members of the Police Civilian Oversight Board. 

Opportunities for members of the public to provide feedback on the candidates will be posted on the Office of Independent Monitor website as they become available after the event. 

Members of the public may attend this event virtually or stream the event live online. The event will also be recorded and made available to the public.

The Police Civilian Oversight Board plans to deliberate and make a hiring decision in closed session at its August 25 meeting.
