Due to the Winter Festival, buses follow the Capitol Loop Detour starting at 6 PM on Friday, February 18 through Sunday, February 20. Periodic delays should be expected in the downtown area throughout the weekend due to various festival events. Buses return to the Capitol Square on Monday, February 21.
